Job Description
We are hiring Marketing Manager for a FMCG manufacturing company.Responsibilities : - Work closely with the MP, Hod\'s and external agencies to arrive at brand strategy; and marketing strategy for the year.- Derive the marketing plan and target from the broad strategy and operationalize them.- Do both ATL & BTL Activities- Develop and deploy successful inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.- Budget the marketing expenditure based on sales plan.- Allocate the budget wisely and ensure marketing activities stay within the budget.- Develop capable human resource through appropriate training and performance management.Scope :- Financial- e-commerce volume (Plan vs Actuals)- Marketing Budget vs Actual- Marketing Plan vs Actual- Marketing Expenditure vs RoI- Non-Financial- Brand Equity Index- Market Share- New Product Launch Lead Time- Customer Satisfaction (e-commerce)- People DevelopmentRequirements :- Experience : 8+ years (ref:updazz.com)
