We are looking for a Ecomm Marketing Manager for a FMCG company based in Mumbai
Key Deliverables :
- Be an active member of the E-commerce team, demonstrating \'growth hacking\' and \'resourceful\' mindset
- Take an analytical and data driven approach to maintain a forward forecast for each
Brand & SKU :
- Work back from the sales target to identify traffic targets & optimization opportunities while maintaining an optimal spend mix
- Ensure top class Win in Search expertise, staying ahead on key word bidding strategy both in-platform and off-platform
- Have a deep understanding of SKU prioritization based on Traffic & Conversion rate trends
- Engage with Platform Marketing Solutions and stakeholders at multiple levels to formalize the way of working for increased collaboration and performance
- Work with platforms for improved Traffic & Sales attribution - maximizing spend with clear attribution model and minimizing spend where unclear
- Work closely with partners to spend as per Platform activations - maintain a balance between \'Always On campaigns\' and \'Event campaigns\'
- Engage & influence internal stakeholders such as Brand & Digital teams to leverage on top of the funnel marketing for driving bottom of the funnel conversion
- Maintain an agile media plan for each Brand to ensure things that are working can be amplified, and quickly adjust the plans for the brands that are not working
- Operationalize scorecards that ensure visibility and transparency to various performance KPIs
- Monitor and analyse e-commerce sales/marketing effectiveness produce regular performance reports for Brand Team
- Understand the interplay between the various investment and returns drivers and manage them to drive optimum ROAS for the channel
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with a brand, ecommerce marketplace or a digital agency
- Must have experience and exposure to Digital Media, Paid Search, Re-targeting
- Well versed with Amazon/Flipkart Advertising Console
- Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of performance marketing metrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
