Lead - Events Marketing

Our \'rightshore\' delivery model offers solutions covering complete customer lifecycle across Healthcare, Telecommunications & Media and Banking, Financial Services & Insurance verticals.Our clientele includes Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.Job Overview:The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for providing strategic marketing support to Firstsource events across business units and geographies . This role will have a heavy emphasis on events management by driving programs that enhance our organization\'s image, improve client loyalty and result in leads. The role also include executing on programs across the marketing mix. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of data-driven content, branding, and omni-channel marketing with experience in marketing strategy, content creation and campaign development in the B2B environment.Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and maintaining event marketing activities to ensure alignment with strategy, brand, and company goals.
• Provide event planning, preparation and project management for multiple regional smaller events, medium size conferences and client hospitality across geographies and service lines.
• Maintain an ecosystem of event partners to help with various aspects of managing events.
• Manage an annual calendar of events and the budget associated with events
• Regularly measuring the effectiveness of events, content marketing and campaigns
• Effectively work with various internal partners (Finance, Purchase, Legal, business line partners, design and other marketing resources) and external agencies as needed to create and support integrated marketing plans.

COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

• Demonstrated ability to deliver B2B marketing programs with proven results in the IT Software/IT Services industry
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Time management, prioritization, organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Effective presentation of information and strong communication skills for responding to managers and coordinating with vendors as necessary.
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in B2B marketing in IT /BPO Services
• Experience planning and running events from start to finish, according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Experience coordinating multiple complex projects from conception to completion
