Job Summary: As the marketing / business manager, you will lead and implement strategies to enhance online sales, customer acquisition, and business growth across our app and web platforms. Job Location: Bangalore/Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Own the Customer Acquisition Charter: Achieve targets for GMV and new user acquisition. Design and Implement Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate campaigns across channels for maximum reach and impact. Manage CRM Strategies: Develop personalized CRM journeys (push, WhatsApp, SMS, email, RCS). Oversee Discounting Strategies and Sales Events: Strategize discounting and execute large-scale sales events. Lead Brand Building and Communications: Take charge of brand communication and outreach for new users. Enhancements for App + Web: Proactively come up with data-backed improvements for better customer acquisition and experience.
