-Join a market leader within Events / ConferencesOur client is an international exhibitions and conference company with events across Middle East, Africa, Asia, the America and LATAMThe JobJob Title : Marketing ManagerJob Role:Responsible for the strategizing, planning, development and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns for the events, with the core KPIs of delivering quality exhibitor leads and visitor attendanceReporting : Group DirectorsLocation: Bangalore, DubaiKey Responsibilities:- Design and execute brand communications and marketing strategies for the events.- Design and develop marketing and client engagement strategies and initiatives for the MENA, Asia and LATAM regions to drive sales and grow market share.- Develop digital, print and social media marketing campaigns in line with event branding guidelines and strategy. Drive online traffic, leads and conversions.- Adherence to budgets. Evaluate effectiveness and relevant performance metrics.- Conduct market research and identify target universe and key segments within target universe. Conduct competitive benchmarking and provide data-driven insights and best practices.- Establish relationships with strategically important partners. Work with media partners and trade associations to extend promotional reach.- Create PR plan (internal or external) and liaise with the event manager/event director.- Curate content and ensure delivery through the most relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail etc), ensuring alignment with brand messaging.- Ensure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content and digital marketing is thoroughly proofed, adheres to brand guidelines and agreed standards.- Optimisation marketing campaigns to meet strategic objectives of maximising visitor attendance and exhibitor acquisition.- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring cohesive marketing efforts across departments.- Ensure smooth execution of onsite event management.- Timely submitting the marketing KPI report to the managementIdeal CandidateSpecification & Skills Set- At least 7 -12 years of working experience, preferably 3 -5 years in exhibitions industryRequired skills: Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing, Events Marketing-Good written and oral communication skills Excellent quantitative skills - Excellent Excel, PowerPoint- Strong analytical and presentation skills- Good attention to detail and accuracy.- Self-starter with proactive nature, and ability to work autonomously.-Experience in digital marketing tool and metric - Highly collaborative- Thrives on constant change (ref:updazz.com)
