Major Skills & Responsibilities Setup of test systems & procedures for validation of products Driving RCA & CAPA for Inhouse & field failures Conduct CM and PM Preparation of PM check list Should keep all equipment and machines in good healthy condition Conduct New line operator trainings Implementation Kaizen and Poka-yoke Attend machine breakdowns Consumable spares parts and high lead time spare parts management Monitoring and control of Die, fixture, and wear n tear parts Triggering in case of end of life of fixture Key Skills : ICT, Functional Testers, Automotive Testing, Testing Line Support, Embedded Testing, Test Planning, NI LabVIEW, EOL Testers, Tester Maintenance. Education & Experience 10-14 years\' Experience BE/ ME /B.Tech/ M.Tech ( Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Control System, Instrumentation Engg.)
