Job Description

In charge of the Quality of one or several sectors

• Ensure that the Process Control Plan (PCP) is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) (Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode)
• Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis
• Create and maintain quality control documentation, ensure related training and application in the sector
• Manage derogations and Surveillance tests in agreement with line of business
• Lead continuous improvement
• Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving using 8D methodology
• Be a member of the Short Interval Management (SIM) of the production lines
• Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP) and Optimize Process (ex PEP) and contribute

to process/control capability implementation

• Be the local expert of the assembled products
