In charge of the Quality of one or several sectors

Ensure that the Process Control Plan (PCP) is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) (Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode)
Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis
Create and maintain quality control documentation, ensure related training and application in the sector
Manage derogations and Surveillance tests in agreement with line of business
Lead continuous improvement
Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving using 8D methodology
Be a member of the Short Interval Management (SIM) of the production lines
Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP) and Optimize Process (ex PEP) and contribute

to process/control capability implementation
