Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Capacity Ramp up planning and execution

Coordination with Supplier for Line installation and Prove out

Meeting the target timelines

Exploring ,Benchmarking and implementing new technology and automate process

Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspaces to ensure maximum efficiency

Budget estimation

Plan and establish sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization

Collaborating with other business units
Job Requirements Experience (years) 10 to 15 Years
Industry Preferred EV/Automotive-Battery Pack line
Qualification Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical and Electronics
Personality Traits Competencies
Working Knowledge in over all Battery pack line

Working knowledge in End off line and test rigs

Working knowledge of ergonomic methods training & application

Working knowledge of TPM

Advanced skills with the Internet, data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel
General Requirements
Experience with project management

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Creative thinking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job
SOR preparation

Quote in depth understanding and detailing

Process Flow design of Battery pack line

Process Layout design

Deep understanding of Product and Process O/P requirements

Design control systems to minimize and increase productivity

Develop standards for production and design inputs by working with CFT
