Strategic Leadership:
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement comprehensive network security
strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing
direction, mentorship, and support.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with senior management to align security
initiatives with business objectives.
Network Security:
\xef\x82\xb7 Design, implement, and manage secure network
architectures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure the continuous monitoring and protection of
network systems.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and optimize firewall policies and configurations.
Endpoint Security:
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and enforce endpoint security policies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure the deployment and management of endpoint
protection solutions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and respond to endpoint security incidents.
Vulnerability Management:
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration
tests.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement remediation plans for identified
vulnerabilities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a vulnerability management program to ensure
continuous improvement.
Risk Assessment:
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify
potential security threats.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure their
implementation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Communicate risk findings and recommendations to
stakeholders.
Incident Response:
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead the incident response team in the event of a security
breach.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and maintain incident response plans and
procedures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct post-incident analysis and reporting.
Compliance and Governance:
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with relevant security standards,
regulations, and
\xef\x82\xb7 policies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and maintain security documentation, including
policies, procedures, and guidelines.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
Training and Awareness:
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and deliver security training programs for
employees.
\xef\x82\xb7 Promote a culture of security awareness across the
organization.Technical Experience:
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of 9 years of experience in network security,
firewall management, endpoint security, vulnerability
management, and risk assessment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or
equivalent are highly desirable.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in leading and managing security teams.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewall
management, and endpoint protection solutions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all
levels.Mandatory skill sets: Experience in network security, firewall management, endpoint
