Plant Maintenance:

Preventive maintenance compliance as per plan
Reduce equipment downtime hours
Optimizing of maintenance budget
Ensure compliance of the site as per statutory and Group Standard requirements
Implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, SIO, BBS, Site Safety & other Audit actions
Contribute to develop good HSE, lean & 5S culture in the shop floor.
Train & motivate Engineering Contractors, Cell Assistants & Technicians to follow Good Engineering Practice, HSE, quality systems
Deal with different Government departments

Supplier Management

Identifying, developing and deploying Suppliers to support business requirements
Coordinate with third party for engineering support services and ensure availability of trained head count for plant maintenance.
