Maintenance



Fully responsible for Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance for the Factory



Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures.



Implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems to prevent failures and/or unscheduled outages



Maintain Health check of all the machinery.



Attending to technical issues (breakdown maintenance)



Maintain mechanical and electrical spare parts requirement and maintaining stock



Supervising and training maintenance technicians.



Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.



Managing budgets and controlling maintenance costs.



Monitoring the efficiency and lifespan of equipment.



Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement





EHS



Conducting safety audits



Investigating accidents



Developing safety programs



Training employees on safety procedures



Enforcing safety regulations



Monitoring compliance with safety standards
