Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our Arc Furnace facility. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing and maintaining Arc Furnaces. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance activities related to Arc Furnace operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall plant performance.
• Manage budgetary aspects of the maintenance department, including cost control and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance operations, specifically with Arc Furnaces.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and operations in an industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Arc Furnace technology, operations, and maintenance best practices.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Day Shift

Salary Package: Approx. 40,000 per month
