In Deal Integration and Separation (DIS), M&A we work together to provide vital and highly valued support to drive our GSK\'s strategic priorities. We\'re looking for agile, high-performing talent with a background and experience in M & A (DIS must), among others, to join our new team based in our new and vibrant Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru. While this role will be based in our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore, the scope of the role will be leading enterprise-wide DIS programs. This team works with our people worldwide to drive closure of various M & A projects and the role has a global visibility (with visibility at the level of GLT). Key responsibilities: . Participate in and lead projects to assist teams to execute their set integration or separation objectives. . Act as the key contact for stakeholders throughout the project. . Apply Integration or Separation methodology to the practical aspects of business operations throughout the engagement process to support sound and practical solutions. . Plan, develop and execute the integration work plans, identify improvement areas, identify/escalate/resolve integration issues . Proactively identify likely issues that could impact project success and leverage wider service line support as required . Lead the effort to create quality end deliverables, such as tracking tools, project templates, and reports and project plans . Support the project team with process understanding, financial and operational analysis, and monitoring activities to closure Why you . 8-12 years experience of which specifically Deal Integration and separation experience of atleast 5 years with Big four. . Chartered Accountant/ MBA from a reputed institution/ Professional qualifications like CFA . Experience of M&A Lifecycle and process, particularly in key integration/separation activities such as Project Management Office support, synergy evaluation, communications planning, operating model development, finance, and HR integration planning and execution, and supply chain planning . Project Management experience. . Experience in Financial Due Diligence, M&A . Self-motivated and well-organized with a positive attitude towards challenges . Enthusiasm to participate or lead in a team-based across multiple geographies to meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project and time management skills . Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. .
