Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLL!Role Profile:The candidate will be responsible for managing the overall reporting and analytics for the Location, Strategy and Transitions team along with supporting global scale transition programs. The role will require the candidate to understand and be responsible for data management and streamlining, creating customized dashboards, generating client level reports, manage project management systems for the team.

What this job involves:The candidate will be reporting to the Leader of the LS&T team and responsible for managing the regular Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reporting and face of to the senior stakeholders in the overall transformation team.Design and develop robust reporting solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, including data sources, key performance indicators (KPIs), and visualization requirements. Utilize your expertise to design scalable and efficient reporting solutions that meet these requirements. Continuously improve reporting processes: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. Implement best practices and leverage industry-standard tools to optimize the reporting workflow. Ensure data accuracy and integrity: Review data sources to validate the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the data. Develop data quality controls and perform regular data integrity checks to maintain high-quality reporting outputs. Create and maintain report documentation: Document the design, development, and maintenance of reporting solutions. Create user guides and training materials to ensure end-users can effectively utilize reports and dashboards.Ensuring effective governance, processes, project management systems & tools, reporting metrics, adherence to KPIs and TAT.Reporting and presentations: Creating various reports, dashboards or presentations for the clients, stakeholders for regions and accounts, various business line leaders and team.Sounds like you?
  • Manage senior professionals / stakeholders and their expectations in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional skills of managing data and creating reports
  • Data Integrity is in your core.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience with quality control, TAT and SLA reporting, strong stakeholder management
  • Proficient user of, Advance Excel, SharePoint administration, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerPoint etc.
Employee specification
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Reporting SME or similar role in a corporate setting.
  • Strong proficiency with reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate (CRE) reporting metrics is a plus.
  • Open to work in flexible working shifts as per the location or project requirement
