JOB DESCRIPTION Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor Day to day activity of Imports and exports from start to end. Monitor and Improve the Performance for Forwarders/CHA\'s/Transporters in line with the Custom Rules, regulations. Ensure effective and efficient service levels and make continuous improvement by reducing cost and improvement. Preparing MIS reports in excels for Freight forwarders/Transporters/CHA\'s and arranging MBR\'s and QBR\'s. Preparing presentations in power point. Attending weekly calls with Asia Pacific. Assist with all aspects of reporting and achievements in line with the required outcomes of the business. Interact with the sales and support teams to deliver excellence in all matters relating to Logistics. Report commercial costs directly related to Logistics Activities.
