The Liaison cum Security Manager will be responsible for coordinating between the company and various external entities while ensuring the security of our premises and personnel. This role requires a dynamic individual from a Defense/ Army/ BSF background with good communication skills and a strong background in liaison & security management. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company (Project office representative) and government agencies, law enforcement, and other external organizations.
- Operation of the Traffic, need to ensure NO ACCIDENT ZONE.
- Conduct regular security and safety assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities at project site.
- Oversee and manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, conducting investigations and reporting findings to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on security matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to security and safety.
- Retired rank Army Officer / BSF personnel
- Min. of 03 to 04 years of post-experience in a security management or liaison role.
- Proven experience in coordinating with government agencies and law enforcement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office.
