The person should be able to work on commercial contracts, policies and advisory matters and carry about 7-12 years of experience.


The person should be from corporate background and should have preferably worked in regulated industries such as bank, NBFC's etc.


The candidate should have an eye for detail and be able to do meticulous drafting of contracts, negotiate with the other party and achieve closure of contracts in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. He/she should have problem solving approach and should be able to efficiently connect with business and other functional team members to receive needed information and support for closure of matters.
