Advising business teams on structuring business transactions & legal documentation . Drafting, vetting, negotiating agreements, MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, Service agreements, logistics service agreements, leave and license agreements, consultancy agreements, AMCs, Technology agreements, payment gateway agreements, etc as applicable to business of e-commerce. . To improvise contract management system, including through deployment of and enhancing contract management tool of the Company and its functionalities . Advising on enforcement of contracts . Continuous improvement and standardization of agreements as per business requirements. . Legal research and keeping abreast about laws applicable to Company business. . Conducting legal awareness and training sessions for internal stakeholders. . Supporting the vendor risk management system and Information security systems by advising on legal aspects.
