We have an opening for the position of Joint Manager / Manager - Learning & Development for our Fertilizer Plant
Location: Tuticorin | Exp: 10 +
R & R:
Providing Training for Engineering Graudates and Science Graduates
Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implement various learning methods.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Track budgets with the actual
Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?1,700,000.00 per year
Schedule:
