As the Manager - Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our learning strategy and delivering end-to-end learning solutions. You will leverage your expertise in designing and executing comprehensive learning programs to drive employee development and organizational success. Key Responsibilities: • TNI
• Drive targeted learning solutions that enhances employee capabilities and contribute to organizational success.
• Assessing the disparity between current employee skills and those required for effective job performance. Anticipating skills needed for future roles or technological advancements within the organization.
• Program Design & Development:
• Develop and design learning programs tailored to organizational needs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills training.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and align learning objectives with business goals.
• Evaluation & Improvement:
• Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve learning offerings based on feedback and emerging trends in the learning and development field.
? Stakeholder Collaboration: • Work closely with Business HRs, leadership teams, and department heads to address learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance their learning experiences.
• Managing external partners & LMS platforms
? Innovation & Best Practices: • Stay updated with the latest learning technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Introduce innovative approaches to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.
