QUALIFICATION: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Organisational Behaviour/Psychology or any equivalent. Diploma /post graduate diploma in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE: 12- 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Learning & Development /Operations domain with minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in leading the L & D function of a large organisation.
