Job Description



QUALIFICATION: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Organisational Behaviour/Psychology or any equivalent. Diploma /post graduate diploma in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE: 12- 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Learning & Development /Operations domain with minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in leading the L & D function of a large organisation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Design, develop and implement various Learning & Development strategies and programs in alignment with the overall organizational goal.
  • Establish strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and create customized plans
  • Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design,develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable.
  • Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver training to various parts of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer workshops to ensure training, scalability and effectiveness.
  • Be available as a trusted resource who can provide mentoring/guidance and coaching support for team.
