Description Role Purpose :- make development on Oracle FMW aligned with design. To solve FMW related defects (Aplication Maintenance) Prepare FMW packages for deployments. To support related parties for Oracle FMW based issues. Job Responsibility Responsibilities:- As a member of the squad, solution designer is responsible for all the activities that lead the team to achieve their sprint goals & team KPIs. Supports ideation and scoping processes for scoring, feasibility and complexity of the concepts. Estimates of backlog items Provide technical and financial (CAPEX) information including effort estimation, constraints and dependencies highlight potential risks and offer alternative solutions Delivers detailed functional and technical analysis against backlog items in line with solution designers in other squads handshakes on the specifications of the integrations points. Deliver end to end solutions based on agreed scope of requirements, in line with Group and TR IT\'s target architecture and strategy. Together with Ops and Infrastructure teams, studies dimensioning for the systems in the domain based on the traffic forecast provided by the business unit Works with product owner and solution developer define backlog items (epics, features, user stories, tasks) for the necessary cases Translates backlog items into engineering design and logical units of work (tasks) with the solution developers. Provides design support for defects and issues raised by relevant stakeholders regarding the domain under the teams responsibility. Prepare and present solution for IT Architecture Board Execute RFP/RFQ/RFIs when it\'s required in projects and evaluate vendor technical capabilities against business requirements to identify products and/or services Works with solution architect to maintain product roadmaps and target architecture If assigned as a Lead Solution Designer, drives e2e design activities, ensures e2e quality of the delivery. Qualifications:- 7 to 10 years of software analysis/design/development/engineering experience on CRM applications. The candidate should have a hands on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) Application development, concepts and ability to develop and tune complex FMW Applications. Day to day tasks will require development, customizations and production support for FMW Applications. Candidate should also have a working knowledge of WebLogic Server administration, monitoring and application installations. Knowledge on SOA Governance . The candidate should have the understanding of containerised plate form ( docker and Kubernetes) implementation. Good Understanding RODOD Architecture. Understanding or O2C and AABC Pips . Excellent understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with the middleware technologies and using Oracle AS and BPEL PM for application integration. Very good experience with Web Services, XML, XSL, XSLT, XPATH, XQuery, WSDL, Java, BAM and Oracle Business Rules Engine. Expertise with JDeveloper, PL/SQL Developer, SQL.plus and Eclipse with strong Java background. Good experience with implementing Human Workflow into BPEL orchestration, creating Business Rules, Rule sets, Dictionary of rules, rules Repository, OAF and Oracle ADF. Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Analysis, Design, and Development and Testing of applications in SOA, Java, J2EE and other related technologies. Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g/12C, SOA Suite 11g/12C, Oracle Service Bus 11g/12C , Oracle Enterprise Repository 11g/!2C, WebLogic Server 11g/12c+, GITHUB repository , Expertise in performance tuning on FMW Applications.. Expertise in developing and deploying BPEL Processes using technology adapters ( Oracle Applications, DB Adapter, File Adapter, FTP Adapter, JMS Adapter), Fault handling(catch and catchall), Messaging and Alerts , Transformations and Sensors. Good to have CI/CD understanding .
