Job Description


Responsibilities:

1. Liaison with Land Revenue department for getting land survey records.

2. Deal with issues related to conversion of agricultural land, title search mutation, stamp duty and registration documents.

3. Liaison with officials in the Revenue Dept. (Mamlatdar) and gram panchayat for getting NOC for transfer of land in companys name.

4. Liaisoning with various government bodies like the Collectorate, Municipal Corporation, MoEF, police station etc for various other clearances.

5. Drafting letters & govt. correspondence.

6. Record keeping and maintaining legal and land related documents.

7. Co-ordinate and brief the company lawyer related to land matters and assist him/her in court related matters.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience of land-related liaisoning for residential, commercial and industrial projects.

2. Excellent communication skills (Knowledge of English & Gujarati (Read / Write / Speak) is a must).

3. Experience of dealing with officials in the Land Revenue (Mamlatdar) office as well as with the Collector and Dy. Collector.

4. Knowledge of drafting in both English & Gujarati.

5. Knowledge of property documents.

6. Decent Presentation Skills (Good Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word).

7. Ability to understand the key parameters related to the companys business, key stakeholders etc.

8. Be responsive and adept at handling crisis situations.

9. Be extremely patient

Have good negotiation skills
