A leading renewable energy company is hiring an experienced Manager - Land Acquisition to oversee land procurement for renewable energy projects. • Conduct market research to determine land values and negotiate acquisitions.
• Coordinate land entitlement and planning activities with development personnel.
• Liaise with government authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits.
• Review and monitor purchase agreements to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in renewable energy
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Familiarity with state land laws, property laws, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
