Project allocations as per team\xe2\x80\x99s knowledge and skills
Approving design approaches, design solutions and development tools defined by the Functional Leads
Marketing and Pre-Sales Responsibilities
Working with the proposal engineering and project management teams to create proposals and marketing collateral
Create design approaches, estimates, solutions and demos in addition to contribution in proposals, responses to RFIs and quotes
Regularly writes blog posts or articles to showcase the company strengths and learnings
Functional Responsibilities
Quality management, setting processes, design standards and best practices for Project management
Keeping up with trends in the learning industry
Leadership
Effectively implements systems and process in the team/workgroup by assessing the knowledge and skills required
Assesses employees\xe2\x80\x99 strengths accurately, their career aspirations and development needs to reconcile and align individuals and organizational needs
Mentors and coaches people (all functional team members at all levels) and contributes to their overall development.
