As the Manager, Knowledge Management and Training (KMT), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Droom\'s knowledge base is comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible across the organization. You will be responsible for curating, organizing, and maintaining all relevant information pertaining to our products, services, processes, and industry trends. Additionally, you will lead efforts to design and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees, with a focus on enhancing their skills and knowledge in their respective roles.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base containing information on products, services, processes, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify information, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Analyze data and metrics to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement within the organization.
Facilitate the creation of a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization.
Implement platforms and tools to encourage collaboration and information exchange.
Design and deliver training programs for new employees, covering essential job functions, company policies, and industry-specific knowledge.
Update training curriculum regularly to reflect changes in processes, products, and market dynamics.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees, addressing questions and concerns related to knowledge management and training.
Lead training initiatives for the inside sales team, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in knowledge management, training, or a related field, preferably within the e-commerce, automobile, or tech sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
