Job Description
• Experience : 15 to 20 Years
• Locations : Kharagpur-Moregram, West Bengal
•
• Qualification : Graduate/Post graduate in civil engineering. Candidate from NICMAR or Management base ground preferred.
• Heading department of Quantity surveying, Costing, Budgeting and Planning.
• Monitoring of progress of project based on project plan
• Close monitoring of bottleneck, critical path
• Monitoring of recourses, requirements, availabilities & utilization.
• Monitoring cost of project w.r.t budget
• Variation, change of scope etc. monitoring, approvals and payments.
• Client billing and payments.
