Job Description
Overall Job Purpose
Manage DGF warehouse operations and deliver high service levels to ensure to results in line with Customers agreed SLA in accordance with defined procedures and standards
For support in commercials and operations
Country Product Manaqer's
- Assist to meet performance targets
- Together with senior managers participate in problem solving and trouble shoot process improvement process
Vendor (warehouse provider, suppliers)
- Ensure all service provided meet DHL's requirement
Ground handling
- Ensure hand over processes of inbound stock and paperwork are normally operated
Area Operations staff at all levels
- Daily working process review, discussion People management
Expected years of experience
8 or more years of experience in Warehousing & Transport field & working in a senior position managing a large (over 1 lac sq ft) multi product, multi user facility. Background of SEZ operations would be preferred
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Diploma/ similar qualification in warehouse operations
Warehouse Security program
