Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

• Technical Lead manages all the deliverables of the technical team
• Validates and improves Technical design and specifications for team members and ensure quality control
• Provides commitments on requests and projects
• Liaise with the project management/Functional IT architect team to ensure that technical requirements are delivered in timely fashion and according to project quality standards and requirements.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery for the respective technical deliverables
• Ensure complete, accurate and concise requirements are documented and developed.

Qualifications

10 years of IT professional work experience that includes a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in SAP Abap * Minimum of 3 SAP implementation/support experience including at least 3 full life cycle implementation projects as Team Lead in Abap

• Excellent analytical skills. Expert in understanding business requirements to convert them to efficient technical specifications tailored to business requirements
• Efficient in work estimation & scheduling the work with development team members
• Has profound experience, knowledge, and exposure in SAP S4 and ECC 6.0, LSMW, Conversions, Object oriented programming, ALE/EDI/IDOC interfaces, User Exits and BADIs, SAP Smartforms/SAPScripts, BAPI, Reports (Normal list and ALV), BDC, OSS Notes, Module Pool Programming and Configuration Exposure.
• General understanding of SD/MM/WM/PP/FI/CO processes is beneficial
• Good Communication Skills
• Coaching and Leadership to Junior resources
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and Third parties
