Title: Manager, IT - Network Engineering, EMEA Location: Bangalore Your Role As the Manager of Network Engineering (EMEA), you will lead and be responsible for ensuring the capability to effectively run network engineering services for the EMEA. Your responsibilities include recommending network strategy, designing solutions that meet business requirements, overseeing project workload and standards, ensuring network improvements, managing network deployments at offices and manufacturing sites in the EMEA.

• This role will interact with all levels of the organization, including Corporate Management, Senior IT Management, development, functional and technical staff, external vendors, and third-party IT service providers to develop and communicate strategies, standards, operational plans, and processes.
• Architect and solution network for the America\'s regional sites including network hardware, spec data cabling. wireless site surveys.
• Gather and review requirements from the business and development RFP processes, vendor evaluation and relationships.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical colleagues and clients.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing Ownership and execution of the roadmap and Network Engineering strategy with the team. For new Baxter sites and offices, architect, design and deploy new LAN/WAN and wireless network hardware. Take ownership of removing and decommissioning hardware when sites close. Lead, manage, and provide technical direction to a team of direct reports responsible for network services. This includes, but is not limited to WAN (MPLS and SDWAN), LAN, Wireless, Load Balancer, ZScaler, Firewalls, Direct Internet Access circuits. Assist the Network Engineers with network design and architecture to support development innovation and security standards. Lead or assist in resolving escalated incidents from the Baxter Network Intelligence Center. Build and architect network routing in Microsoft Azure and AWS. Manage network refreshes in the America\'s region. Provide global and regional network infrastructure services and support to Regal locations based on global standards. Manage key vendors relationships with carriers and suppliers, influence their product strategy, and insures alignment with service level agreements, lead contract renewals and RFPs. Managing and supervising IT security, in coordination and under the supervision of the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) Responsible for the development and operations of the global network. Participate in strategic planning, development, and implementation of corporate roadmap. Participate in the development of IT strategy, roadmap design, and standards definition. Coordinating, developing, and maintaining IT policies and procedures. Participate in compliance and security reviews and remediation, including internal and external audits. • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required
• Overall experience required: 5 to 10 years Infrastructure Architecture and Support
• Experience in a Leadership and/or Supervisory role
• Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and organize work
• Must be a self-motivator and team player
• Passionate about continuous learning and keeping up with latest technologies Must be willing to work on a distributed team
