Job overview As an RPA Development Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of robotic process automation solutions across multiple functional areas. You will be responsible for driving the strategic alignment of business needs with technology delivery by providing technical leadership and guidance to your team. Using your strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, you will identify, communicate, and resolve issues, opportunities, or problems to maximize the benefits of IT and business investments. In addition, you will be well-versed in agile methodologies and leverage them to ensure the successful planning, design, development, and launch of efficient systems and solutions that support core organizational functions. As an experienced and self-sufficient manager, you will supervise and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality RPA solutions that meet the needs of the business. Responsibilities . Lead the development and implementation of RPA solutions using Agile methodology and following the design/build phases of the SDLC . Serve as the technical lead for RPA/AI development projects, providing guidance and mentoring to the team, and ensuring project goals are aligned with business objectives . Possess advanced knowledge of development methodologies, software design, integration standards, and design patterns, and apply this knowledge to coding and testing cycles . Participate in software design meetings to analyze user needs and determine technical requirements for RPA solutions, and work with the team to create agile user stories and tasks . Ensure that in-progress builds adhere to approved designs, coding standards, and agile principles. . Lead in writing high-quality code and perform unit testing, including creating test classes, for RPA solutions, and participate in agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives . Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement . Collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for RPA solutions, and provide technical expertise to support their objectives, while managing project timelines and budgets using project management skills. This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. Qualifications Requirements: . Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience, education, or training required. . 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing software systems and/or applications, with a strong understanding of Agile methodology. . Experience developing application code and unit tests, and experience in DevOps. . Experience working as a Manager or Technical Lead, with excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. . Familiarity and experience with RPA technologies, RESTful web services, and RDBMS. . Strong ability to apply standard processes and design patterns while developing code, and proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices. . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management, and capable of successful formal and informal communication. . Possesses integrity and trustworthiness and is seen as a direct, truthful individual who can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner. . Strong teamwork skills, including working well in a collaborative setting, supporting work team by volunteering for and completing assignments. . Demonstrates technical expertise and a commitment to increasing knowledge and skills in current technical/functional areas, as well as the ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly. .
