We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Integrity of Regulatory Reporting , Traceability
Principal responsibilities
• Enterprise Architecture: The candidate understands enterprise architecture frameworks and has worked on business process modelling. He/she is expected to be familiar with the traditional IT and cloud systems.
• Analyse source feeds and attributes as part of the requirements gathering and delivery process, provide the appropriate mapping from source systems into the SDI format
• Translating business requirements into solutions that can be delivered via the Global SDI (Standard Data Interface) and ultimately consumed by finance reporting functions
• Support testing and Go-Live activities including designing test strategy, UAT, defects remediation, Parallel run, etc.
• Closely work with Project manager to progress project to plan, co-ordinate and prioritize activities/resources, facilitate sign offs on each milestone delivery and escalate risks/issues in a timely manner for consideration
Requirements
• Qualified accountant (CA/ICWA) or MBA Finance from a reputed institute with 08-12 yrs. or M.com or equivalent degree with experience in Reporting/ Analysis.
• Hands-on experience of Regulatory or financial reporting process
• Experience that demonstrates ability to learn and apply complex/technical rules/frameworks
• Strong written and oral communicate skills (English plus local language of country where the role is located).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas (e.g. relating to transactions/adoption of policies) in a simple manner to a global audience
• Understanding of control frameworks and how to implement effective controls in practice.
• Ability to deal with and analyse unstructured problems and queries and to question and challenge existing procedures.
• Good understanding of financial products and how they impact reporting requirement, and more generically the banking business, balance sheet and P&L.
