The Company is listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in India.Role profileRole title: IoT Product OperationsFunction: Vodafone Idea LimitedBand: M1Department: IOTReports to: Product Operation Head(M3)Location: Mumbai, IndiaRole purpose: To Monitor and Manage various business operations KPI with respective to IoT Products & IoT Platforms and associated Partners / Vendors.Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

• Sim Product Lifecycle Management (PnL)

• Ensure warehouse operational efficiency by strict governance on purchasing & Inventory planning with accurate sales forecasting
• New Sim vendor on board for M2M on SAP/ IT / Provisioning System etc. for in life operations and Sim BAP testing to be completed and release the certificate for commercial / mass ordering
• Regular interlock with Business and Operations etc. to govern overall process

• Partner / Vendor Pay out Management

• Ensure timely approval for BPA/PR/PO /GRN for timey payment for partners as per agreed payments terms and condition
• Manage payment Budgeting based on the forecasting and priorities.
• Support partners to resolve their queries on Payments and Disputes.
• Timely reviewing the records of all the AMCs and Managed services contracts and Agreements and trigger alerts accordingly
• Maintenance of invoice tracker and settlement of advance for HOBS

• Maintaining and Monitoring Budget Spent

• Prepare Capex/Opex plan Monitoring and Tracking Capex / Opex Budgeting for IoT Spent on Monthly basis.
• Understanding IoT business operations and ensuring timely approval of Capex and Opex from Capex Committee and Finance for smooth working of all the projects

• IoT Platform Operations

• End to End operations management of IoT platforms
• Interworking with partners, SCM, IT and NW teams

Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

• Strong domain understanding of M2M/IoT technologies, M2M regulations and systems

like CRM, IoT Billing, IoT Provisioning and IoTDevice ecosystem is desired.

• Knowledge and experience managing and handling various business operations tools SAP, ERM, Data Lake, BI Queries etc.
• Experience in managing end to end business operations and processes Process with respective to TSP / IoT
• Managing financial transaction of Vendors / Partners and detailed understanding of SSC,

HOBS and billing operationsMust have Professional qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate
