Manager - Internal Finance - 8+ years - Mohali / ChandigarhLocation: Mohali Office, ChandigarhSummary:We are seeking a highly experienced Manager for our Internal Finance team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably as a Chartered Accountant (CA). This role involves leading our Corporate Finance team, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards, and optimizing resource utilization.Your Future Employer:We provide essential business services, including accounting, payroll, HR, and taxes. Our internal software development group enhances client productivity through the latest technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence, Smart Analytics, and Predictive Analysis.Responsibilities: * Plan resource requirements for upcoming tasks effectively.

• Communicate actively with global consolidations to ensure a smooth US accounting process.
• Maintain reports to facilitate review of analytics by senior management.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting policies and support technical accounting initiatives such as the implementation of new accounting standards.
• Build strong relationships with key finance and accounting leaders, actively seeking solutions to problems and partnering with operating and finance leaders as needed.

Requirements: * Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 8+ years of post-qualification experience.

• Well-organized with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing a team of 20-30 members, with the ability to organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changes in the work setting.
• Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, with superb attention to detail.
