We are an organization of more than 5,300 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization.As a Manager xe2x80x93 Internal Communication, Global, you will drive a holistic communication agenda within GSC, in line with Corporate and Divisional strategy through:

• Ensuring a consistent, engaging and common look and feel throughout all GSC communication channels, the inhabitant of the role needs to act as an editor for any official communication of GSC.
• Managing the Employee Communications agenda in delivering high quality, relevant, internal communications to the business via adequate communication channels
• Engaging with key stakeholders to plan communication topics increasing the visibility & impact both internally and externally
• Develop and administer communications plans and processes to positively and accurately represent company's operations, merits and image to the organization and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute internal communications plans and processes to communicate effectively with the organization.
• Draft communication plans including topics, target groups, timings, channels, etc. based on business relevant analysis.
• Execute communication plans including global campaigns to achieve maximum exposure and awareness of key messages related to organization's policies, programs and management goals.
• Discuss continuously with business managers and engagement team to identify relevant internal/external communication topics and advise on the selection of media/ formats and communication content. Generate content of internal communications to be published in various formats (newsletters, presentations, smart connect (internal intranet) videos, articles, social media posts, thought articles etc.)
• Execute an effective feedback system along with various regular communications such as newsletters, magazines, etc.
• Suggest enhancements to existing internal communications formats and contribute to designing formats for new target group specific communications
• Participate in negotiations and cooperate with external service providers such as agencies to implement communication plans
• Recommend and implement appropriate process and quality standards to all GSC centers in internal communications to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

Stakeholders:

• Connect with and influence other departments, teams and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
• Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships
• Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees

Management Responsibility:

• Individual contributor
• Coach and review the work of lower level professionals

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate / internal communications
• Experience making use of technology / digital tools for creativity in communications
