Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Manage Hub & spoke branches - Urban & Rural distributed in the same geographical limits Ensure branch relationship management to generate leads for partner RM Facilitate Lobby management for partner RM's for walk-in customers to generate LI & GI volumes for the branches Use supervisor rights on CRM portal to monitor lead utilizations & dispositions by partner RM's Drive Contests & R&R constantly through the branch team Coordinate with partner RM's for policy issuance & branch team for pending resolutions Drive market specific products between Urban & Rural branches Take part in the morning huddle for the branch & discuss on Insurance products

Required Qualifications and Experience
