Customer Insighting
- Identifying customers\' unmet needs, dis-satisfaction, barriers and drivers of choice across existing and new DAs to draw meaningful and actionable insights through deployment of right research design and methodologies for U&A, Decision journey, Segmentation, Need scope analysis etc across Rx and OTC channels IN ORDER TO improve customer understanding and conversions (Rxber base and per-capita)
Communication and Engagement Effectiveness
- Help execute customized research to assess communication and engagement effectiveness through Attribute Analysis | Message Testing | AB Testing | Brand Recall | Rx Intent measures across branded markets for all focus brands and New Launches IN ORDER TO deliver Communication & engagement effectiveness led productivity growth
Translating business insights/analytics for business growth
- Working closely with medical, country, therapy leads, Digital, SFE and Analytics team to translate research findings and analytics into specific actions and execution plan IN ORDER to improve customer adoption and loyalty.
Digital Campaigns & Platforms - for HCPs and Consumers
- Work closely with CoE, country marketing and Digital teams for AB Testing, understanding customer needs, real time content consumption and other digital indicators to facilitate continuous improvement in digital campaigns, HCP platforms like Medznat IN ORDER TO drive continuous improvement in engagement and customer experience
New Product Concept Test
- Work closely with CoE and Marketing in doing research / helping country team for new idea/product/concept check across Rx and OTC channels IN ORDER TO capture customer voice and help develop the right TPP
