ROLE SUMMARY:The Strategy, Insights & Performance team at LSEG develops data-driven solutions that generate actionable insight supporting Group-wide business objectives. The Manager in the Strategy, Insights & Performance team at LSEG oversees the development and execution of marketing analytics strategies, leading the creation of comprehensive performance reports and insights that support business objectives. The role involves coordinating with marketing managers to evaluate campaign effectiveness, and providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing reporting frameworks, optimizing marketing resource allocation, and delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making across all areas of CAM, including marketing, communications and sustainability. Strong leadership, advanced analytical skills, and proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL are essential for success in this role.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Oversee the development and execution of marketing analytics strategies and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with marketing managers to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support business objectives and drive decision-making.
• Oversee the integration of data from multiple sources to ensure a comprehensive view of marketing performance.
• Support the marketing budgeting process by analyzing spend effectiveness and recommending adjustments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports and forecasts to track marketing effectiveness and resource allocation.
• Identify and implement improvements to analytics processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate findings and strategies to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Proven experience in leading marketing analytics and reporting functions.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Effective communication skills for presenting complex data to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to drive business decisions.
• Experience in optimizing marketing strategies and managing budget allocations.
