We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, coaching sales agents, and developing strategies for growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute inside sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the bank and ensure regulatory compliance. - Utilize CRM software for efficient sales tracking and reporting. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns. - Monitor and optimize the inside sales process for enhanced productivity. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree preferred. - Exp.
