Job Description


Location: MumbaiJoin as a Manager in Capital Projects Management to lead due diligence, project execution, cost estimation, and procurement in the transport, mobility, and logistics sectors.Your Future Employer: A leading global analytics and research firm specializing in market intelligence and consulting services.Responsibilities: * Conducting due diligence for transport and infrastructure projects focussed on Highways & bridges.

  • Managing project execution and construction processes.
  • Estimating construction costs and analyzing rates.
  • Leading procurement and bidding processes.
  • Performing pavement and tender estimations.
Requirements: * Educational qualifications: B.E/B.Tech Civil, MBA, M.E/M.Tech, or Construction Management.
  • 8-10 years of experience in capital projects management.
  • Proven expertise in highways and bridges; railways and metro rail experience is a plus.
  • Strong skills in cost estimation, bidding, and procurement.
