Inviting applications for the role of Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Infrastructure & Logistics - Communications
In this role, you need to Collaborate with senior stakeholders from multiple functions to identify their communication needs & develop a strategic communication agenda that aligns with their goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure key initiatives and projects are communicated effectively to target audience.
- Oversee Internal & External messaging channels to help build a function brand.
- Lead communications initiatives - Planning Campaigns, managing content creation, global town hall meetings, and writing/editing leader communications.
- Plan a Measurement Model for measuring Internal Communications efficacy.
- Create a platform for sharing best practices among Communication SPOCs from different teams/verticals.
- Stay up to date with emerging communication trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative strategies to enhance communication effectiveness.
Minimum qualifications.
- Experience in digital content development, with strong capabilities in content writing.
- Bachelor\'s degree in communications, journalism, or related field
Preferred qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficient understanding of the creative process and open to creative critique.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated project management and story-telling skills.
