WAN link (SDWAN, Internet, P2P, etc. for across PAN India & Global) which includes New feasibility, upgrade, termination, manageability and follow-up Communication AMC for Data & Voice (Network) Provision of Budget (CAPEX & OPEX) and managing/tracking it Invoicing/Billing of Network domain in co-ordination with IT-VP team PR & PO tracking for both CAPEX & OPEX request Project Update (PMO role) in given format and Zoho & other application Managing Global locations IT Infra including WAN Global Data & Voice Network management with ISP wise WAN inventory Network Domain Checklist (Sampling) on basis ossf frequency (Daily +Monthly +Yearly) along with ownership and responsibility Voice domain responsibility Compliance Profile for Network & Security portfolio. SOP, GSOP, Audit, Sampling, etc. with compliance and IT team. Audit/Compliance related activity for SNOC domain. Vendor Registration/CDA/NDA, legal communication & co-ordination, etc for any legal engagement with new/existing partner Provision of Budget (CAPEX & OPEX) and managing/tracking it PR & PO tracking for both CAPEX & OPEX request Infosec Operations & governance - DLP, Deep Security, Seclore and NAC. Mail/Messaging and MDM - Operations & governance Corporate email Operations & governance Field email operations & governance (India & International (US and Taro- US, Canada & Israel) Ideal certifications desired: Certified Network and Security Operation Center is preferred Experience in solution architecting Prince 2-Practitioner Certified PMP trained ITIL V3 Certified, ITIL Intermediate - Service Operations and Service Transitioning, Advance Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint 2013, MS Project, MS Visio Educational Qualification Graduation or Post Graduation Specific Certification Certified Network and Security Operation Center is preferred Experience in solution architecting Prince 2-Practitioner Certified PMP trained ITIL V3 Certified, ITIL Intermediate - Service Operations and Service Transitioning, Advance Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint 2013, MS Project, MS Visio Skills Proficient in Network Infra (WAN, LAN, WIFI, etc.) at administration level Experience in security device management at compliance level In-depth knowledge of Network Infra, Security domain, incident management, Vendor management, Operation Management etc. Experience in Inventory and AMC management for Network domain Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix Knowledge of SOPs Expertise in Project management, security and compliance audit, policies and procedures drafting, security incident response methodologies and technologies Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills Time management skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment complete the profile Experience in performing vendor management Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills Working knowledge and experience with MS office with proficiency in Excel Understanding of Industry trends, emerging threats, PCI-DSS and GDPR
