The team is set out to support the WPB customer strategy which contains three key elements: driving customer growth and increasing profitability by taking an integrated and holistic approach to customer segments; re-engaging and energising the existing customers, by increasing activation and primacy; and strengthening customer centricity and driving. Given the nature of the engagement, we work in close collaboration with South Asia markets and use statistical and BI tools & techniques to provide various data driven insights and solutions to deliver overall customer strategy. We support the business with strategic analysis w.r.t customer, proposition, products and pricing, various BI and visualization requirement from market level Sales and Distribution and global reports.Business Consulting job family is structured to address end-to-end business needs.
