Job Description

Job Responsibilities: To be responsible for developing and implementing engagement and fundraising action plans for growing donations focusing upon individual giving. To develop donor relationships to increase engagement and contributions over a period leveraging the various campaign tools (SAC, SAM, Donation in-kind) and other opportunities like events, volunteering etc. Developing and managing the volunteering program creating long term engagements with the community \xe2\x80\x93 schools, colleges and community both domestic and internationally. Strategically secures funds outside of annual campaign through sponsorships, events, and projects for community impact initiatives. Responsible for supporting events in India being organized by / for Individual Donor and either board members, chapter leads through event management on backend system, identification of leads and options for silent auctions, marketing and promotion material, event deck, invites, post-event reconciliation, closure. Maintains current understanding of community goals and initiatives, focus areas, successes, and overall results to effectively communicate to donors and at community events. Supports implementation of communications strategy especially through social media platforms as appropriate. Attends internal and external meetings, community fairs, and events as required. Performs other duties related to resource development as needed. Skills: Clear understanding of Theory of Change, Content developments, A minimum of 2 years of experience in research and grant writing; nonprofit experience a plus Demonstrated ability to write successful grant proposals Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven Clear, precise and compelling writing skills Able to effectively communicate High proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to meet Deadlines without exception Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: From 985,000.00 per month Benefits:
