Department DetailsRole SummaryBrand Management:

  • Drive the development and execution of corporate and product brand strategies across Oncology, Immunology, Insulins, and other therapy areas.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication touchpoints globally.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative assets that align with Biocon Biologics' global brand identity, Sphaera.
  • Manage GMC BrandSphere, the global brand asset management library.
Event Management:
  • Plan and execute high-profile global events, conferences, and exhibitions, including CPHI and Biocon's annual partner networking event, Biosphere etc.
  • Develop event themes, branding, and messaging in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and execution to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Track event ROI and impact on brand engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance:
  • Work closely with regional and country marketing teams to localize brand assets while maintaining global brand integrity.
  • Liaise with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure promotional materials and event content meet compliance standards.
  • Drive internal engagement initiatives to strengthen corporate and product brand positioning.

Educational QualificationsRequired Education Qualification: BACHELORS ENGINEERING
