A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing the project day to day activities Planning, Monitoring, Roll-out & Maintenance & work closely with project teams. Broad Role / Responsibilities Lead and manage project from developing a project charter to project signoff Previous experience of development in JAVA, Angular, Oracle is required Be able to project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion Communicate with stakeholders/customers on an ongoing basis Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Create project Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools(Microsoft Project Management/ Primavera etc ) Be able to manage project Risks, manage Risk register and be able to develop Mitigation strategies Driving PwC SMEs to assist in the deliverables and ensuring subject understanding for smooth delivery Lead team to develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations Deep involvement in Solution offered, review of SRS, SDD etc. Present status reports to the executive management, analyse feedback, and troubleshoot problem areas Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project Conduct project lessons learned meetings and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements Develop best practices and tools for project execution and managementMandatory Skill Set-Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA, JMS
