Lead and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of diverse projects within the banking
sector, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare insightful reports for

stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams,fostering strong relationships with stakeholders

at all levels of the organization to achieve project objectives.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes, implementing best

practices and innovative strategies to optimize project outcomes.

• Play a crucial role in implementing and managing change initiatives, helping our

organization adapt to evolving industry demands and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize your knowledge of risk management principles to identify and mitigate potential

project risks, ensuring the successful execution of banking projects.

• Prior experience in Project management is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of risk management concepts and the ability to apply them in a banking

context.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
