Job Title: Manager Inside Sales Noida (pref), Pune Experience 10-15 Years, with significant experience of managing an Inside Sales Operation for US and/or European markets Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities: Track record of meeting ambitious sales pipeline goals. Set up the Inside Sales business for scale, to keep with expected growth rates. Recruiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team. Educating inside sales staff on effectively answering common customer questions. Collaborating with the business marketing team to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue and convert. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual opportunity and sales. Preparing accurate leads/opportunity forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions. Regularly evaluating the performance of the inside sales team. Evaluating current inside sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales leads and opportunities. Recommending and implementing improvements to current inside sales practices and procedures as needed. Addressing and resolving customer complaints. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or related field. Proven experience of leading a successful inside sales team targeting the US/Europe market. Experience in B2B solutions sales, especially in IT services offerings. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software. Excellent leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Sound organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
