Ensuring execution of performance improvement plan (PIP) for employees.
Coordinating preparation of monthly HR KPI, Manpower, Attrition, Absenteeism reports or any other as required to bring insights from the data to improve business capabilities.
Assisting to prepare annual budget by consolidating requirements and identifying areas to save cost.
Tracking and controlling all HR related expenses.
Support to admin related activities as required from time to time.
