Risk Assurance Services (RAS) is one of PwC\xe2\x80\x99s high growth verticals. It supports clients
in defining their strategy, formulating business objectives and managing performance
while achieving a balance between risk and opportunity or return. Our services within
the Risk Assurance practice cover the entire risk & controls spectrum across Internal
Audit, Governance, Risk & Controls, Contract & Compliance, Data analytics etc.
Technical Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation and finalization of financial statement as per Ind AS and managing tax
compliance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Liaison with the external and internal auditor at the time of statutory audit, tax
audit, GST audit, IFC & internal audit to resolve their queries and provide the
supporting documents.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for monthly closure of books and posting of various journal entries in
SAP.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of fixed asset register, security deposits, leases workings and other
schedules for statutory and tax audit as per Ind AS.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of flux analysis on quarterly basis and presentation to Finance
Controller.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of intercompany reconciliation, clearing of open items in ERP &
settling of intercompany payments on monthly basis both domestic and
International Financial Accounting Indirect Taxation, Direct Taxation, MS Office,
Financial Statement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for calculating and making the various statutory payments (TDS, GST
and advance tax).
\xef\x82\xb7 Adherence to TDS, equalization levy, STPI compliances, SEIS compliances & other
income tax related compliances.
\xef\x82\xb7 Filing of transfer pricing forms like Form 3CEAA, 3CEAB, 3CEB and 3CEAC and
involved in finalization of transfer pricing study report.Soft Skills:
